The Big Smoke Events is an award winning events company. Since launching with our infamous Scavenger Hunt at the end of 2015, our objective has always been to create a personalised, shared experience that engages participants in an interactive and memorable way!

Francesca Hubbard Founder & CEO
Fran has a background in Marketing and degree in Business & Economics. This is her first business, of hopefully many!

Pablo Hubbard - Business Mascot
Born on the 21st September 2017 Pablo was straight to work as the companies business mascot. The most sociable and cuddly of the team, he has proved a great addition - and continues to put a smile on our clients faces.

Elliot liburd - Event host
Elliot is an actor and director who has also worked as a workshop facilitator in schools and corporate events throughout the UK.
His favourite Big Smoke Challenge - Limbo! Everyone is determined to go as low as possible (often lower than is possible)
Adrian Leigh - Event Creator & Host
Ade is an ex England junior table tennis player, high profile music festival promoter and events entrepreneur. In 2014, Ade decided to disrupt the corporate events sector by creating Ping Pong Fight Club - a series of spectacular intercompany ping pong tournaments, team bonding and networking parties held in iconic locations across the UK.
He also recently got to the final of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in recognition of his work pivoting and producing Ping Pong Fight Club’s Lockdown Challenge Show, his first collaboration with the Big Smoke Events! He is known for his high energy brand of irreverent and dry humour, especially when co-hosting the shows!
Naomi Doerge - Event Host
Naomi’s an events manager extraordinaire. Always bringing the style and excitement to our events - she is a true asset to the team!

Harry blackiston - Event Host
Harry runs many of our events whilst also building his own tech empire Phonex. Be it a hen party, or a corporate event, Harry is a charmer and always gets wonderful reviews!
